Place an “immediate” order - When you place an order with us you will have the choice of having us package and send you the hog or half a hog right away, in that case you will receive the standard cuts listed straight from our freezer, boxed and shipped via UPS.

Place a “fresh” order - When you place a fresh order a living hog will be selected for you that is at or near the 200-225 lbs finishing weight. You will be able to choose your cuts and seasonings. When the processing is done, the pork is packed and shipped via UPS within 24 hrs. of being completed. This will add some wait time to your order, and depending on the cuts requested a per-pound price change. (NOTE: a change in price will be made ONLY if the butcher charges us differently for the cuts; we will NOT increase your price for this option)

Place a “bulk” order - When you place a Bulk order, we will select a live hog at the processing weight and ship it to you in two halves and you may get the cuts made at your own butcher. Bulk orders can be made for half a hog as well.
